ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES
Candidate shall possess the following skill sets and fulfill the responsibilities listed, but not limited to those below:
- Develops, administer, and monitor programs ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Chart work process and assist the program director in achieving program outcomes
- Preparing documentation for grants
- Managing online resources
- Proofreading and making copies of documents
- Assisting in the planning and overseeing significant events
- Work as the program liaison with funders and external partners
- Knowledge of wide range of manpower concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs and practices.
- Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, directives of management, and administrative matters.
- Prepares and presents oral briefings such as training sessions, assigned programs and projects.
Education/Experience:
Must possess a bachelor’s degree and or four years of experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills necessary.
